It is NECESSARY to create!

People will say "you are a nurse, doctor, engineer, police officer, fireman, teacher, executive, professional, mother, father

(basically no matter who you are 🤦🏾‍♀️ Smh)

"What does painting have to do with that?"

"You shouldn't be making music."

"You shouldn't be writing poetry."

"What does growing plants have to do with that?"

" You shouldn't be making jewelry."

"What does dancing have to do with that?"

Literally, people will try to force you into a box created by so called societal norms.

💥Nurse Dei-ism: Get this....a nurse can do ALL of these things.

A doctor can do ALL of these things.

An engineer can do all of these things.

A teacher, executive, professional, mother, father, brother, sister CAN create!

Your creative energy lives in your hips and flows all over.

So when you shake a lil something on the dance floor you are getting that sacral chakra energy flowing. It gives you a sense of identity and allows you to feel content within yourself.

When you paint a lil something, you are using that creative energy.

When you make a lil something, you are using that creative energy.

It's imperative to use this energy or you will be feeling like Uptight Ursula and Bad Mood Betty. 😉

That's why you have so many professionals feeling like they are sitting on a pin cushion everyday.

They're in a bad mood because they need to create. 😉 It keeps you happy. 😁
